    • [ ] If GAS RANGE:
      • [ ] Gas line is installed and pressure-tested
      • [ ] Confirm fuel type (natural gas or propane) matches appliance spec
      • [ ] Confirm shut-off valve location is accessible and code-compliant
    • [ ] If ELECTRIC RANGE:
      • [ ] 240V electrical outlet is installed in correct location
      • [ ] Confirm outlet is positioned correctly for plug access and does not interfere with cabinet back panels
  • [ ] HVAC and ductwork are located and do not interfere with cabinetry
  • [ ] Walls are insulated and closed (drywall installed)
  • [ ] Walls are painted (at least first coat) behind cabinet areas
  • [ ] Flooring is installed in the kitchen area, including toe-kick and under-appliance zones
    • [ ] Confirm flooring runs under cabinets where required (depending on contractor and material)
    • [ ] Floors are protected immediately after install (Ram Board or similar)
• [ ] Final appliance specs are confirmed and ready for cabinet install team
• [ ] GC has approved site as ready for cabinet delivery and install
• [ ] Confirm contractor's inspection schedule

  • [ ] Who is present for install/delivery?
  • [ ] Who handles post-install adjustments?
